This reminds me a lot of old 90s anime dubs. Very nice work.

FeliciaValenti responds:

Thanks!

The voicing of the characters lacks confidence. However, I like what you've showcased.

It's a bit too abstract and disjointed to be really enjoyable. There's no expression, probably due to the fact its done in FL Studio or something like it without a MIDI keyboard, which is really needed in jazz and solo music.

ComposerAustouso responds:

Your correct, I'm still learning and I have low quality equipment/software which is one reason why I'm seeking help from other musicians so I can learn. Thanks for the comment!

Did you just really do the "Aw shit, dood, aw man" voice? XD

This is pretty nice.

FreakingWiffle responds:

Aww shiiet, I did! >:^)

I noticed you have a story that goes along with these songs so I assume that this is part of a concept album. I don't see this often! hats off to you.

DanJohansen responds:

Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed it :D The concept of this album is the story about Gilgamesh and Enkido.

Very anthem-y. I love this. I like how there is no vocals and the song is carried using guitars and strings. Its a nice refreshing break from the screaming I always hear on the radio.

DanJohansen responds:

Thanks, yeah I do a lot of instrumental work, I've felt in recent years that it has become both unappreciated and less and less common to hear a lot of serious instrumental guitar work. So glad you dig it!
